About Us
Founded by a collective of passionate changemakers, SFI was born out of a vision to address the interconnected crises facing Tanzania: climate change, inequality, environmental degradation, food insecurity, and the marginalization of youth and women. Since 2023, we have grown into a vibrant organization championing sustainable development through policy advocacy, research, marine protection, and community resilience-building.

To create a Tanzania where every person has access to basic needs, resources, and opportunities for a dignified and sustainable life. We envision a society that thrives on economic, social, and environmental sustainability and drive development agenda towards a sustainable future
